Customer Quality Engineer

<p><b>Tasks:</b></p> <ul> <li>daily contact with the customers and the production</li> <li>coordinating the investigation of complaints</li> <li>defining errors in collaboration with the other departments</li> <li>implementation of corrective measures, monitoring of the status of the measures</li> <li>organization of customer audits (preparation and coordination</li> <li>preparation of reports, analyzes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>University degree in engineering</li> <li>2-3 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company</li> <li>Very good level of English language</li> <li>Knowledge on Quality tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP etc…)</li> <li>User level knowledge of MS office</li> <li>Flexible, open, determined personality</li> <li>Able to work independently </li> </ul>
