Pay range: $130,000.00 -$168,000.00

Reporting to the Senior Director of Pricing Strategy, the Strategic Pricing Director is responsible for the pricing function of the Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions business. The Director will work across Commercial Development, Business Operations, Project Management and our Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
Support pricing strategies for Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions to drive growth and safeguard profitability
Support the development and implementation of financial policies, processes, and tools for global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions pricing
Partner with sales/business leadership to develop client and service line specific commercial strategies
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for strategic client agreements including being a lead negotiator and having direct client contact
Partner with internal teams to support integration of pricing and commercial policies for new services
Collaborate with leadership from operations, sales, finance, and executive management to ensure alignment of commercial strategies Provide input for RFP/RFI commercial related responses, MSA review and negotiation, and individual project discounting Motivate and develop employees into future company leader
Minimum education and experience required:
BS degree in Finance, business, science or associates degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree with 17+ years of experience
Relevant experience in Healthcare / Pharma / CRO industry is required, showing a progressive increase in responsibilities
Preferred:
MBA or Master’s degree
