Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a ​Maintenance Technician Assistant ​to join us at our diverse team in Louisville, KY. The candidate in this role will help maintain/ troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment throughout operation.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Monitors & trouble shoots Presses daily.  Provide line support for the assembly cell.  

• Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor.  Maintain facility.

• Repair of machines used in production including replacing hydraulic hoses and leaks, replacing lube blocks, valves, belts, cylinders, seals.  

• Electrical repair includes replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses, relays and contactors.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• High School Diploma, 1-year experience industrial maintenance. 

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes. Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand) 

• Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics. Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements. 

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
