Responsibilities for the Site Manager - Facility Maintenance position are:

  • Work closely with Facility Managers to identify projects, scope, and deadlines for completion.
  • Coordinates with cross-disciplinary team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Submits project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Meets with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepares status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Facilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budgets.
  • Prepares project budgets and estimates.
  • Coordinates and manages vendor relationships.
  • Maintains and manages profitability on projects.
  • Coordinates the development of user manual, training, materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  • Identifies and develops new opportunities with clients. 
  • Responds to RFPs for current clients.
  • Obtains customers’ acceptance of project deliverables. 
  • Manages customer satisfaction within the project transition period by attending weekly site meetings at customer locations.
  • Conducts post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Oversees project teams to ensure project goals, budgets, and objectives are accomplished.
  • Arriving at work on time and as scheduled. Reliable attendance is essential for this position. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Site Manager - Facility Maintenance position include:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a construction management or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience managing construction projects or facilities ERP, budgets, and lead teams.
  • Commercial construction experience and ability to read blueprint drawings a plus.
  • Above average communication and computer skills including experience working with CMMS work order software, Microsoft Office applications and Contact Management software.
  • Licenses/Certifications related to business and/or leadership are helpful. 
  • Ability to pass full FBI/BCI background check, drug screen, and safety training.
  • Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations/points.
