The Opportunity
This role is hybrid- in office weekly with some remote days. Charlotte or Detroit location preferred but will consider all Ally internal candidate locations.
The Sr Analyst, Workforce Analytics (Business) is a member of our Workforce Analytics team whose vision is to be a trusted ally for transformative workforce decisions supporting our HRBPs and the business leaders. This individual contributor role will be responsible for strategic reporting, story-building, dashboard modeling, conducting research, analytic projects & experiments with the clear understanding of insights and trends to support our business. We partner with an exceptional technology team and progressive analytics teams in the business to change how work gets done. This individual should be a focused and a critical problem solver, storyteller, learner, and innovator and want to work in an environment focused on using modern big data technology and practices.
The Work Itself
- Understand assigned businesses' HR strategy (recurring business cycles, needs, and ways of working) to deliver analytical needs accordingly
- Support to define and update the data strategy required to enable the HRBPs to become more data-driven
- Help HRBPs become analytically savvy and confidently tell credible data stories
- Identify data quality issues and report them to COE data stewards, and thereby help improve the quality of data
- Translate analytical outputs into easily digestible and relevant insights
- Partner with HR Advisory organization to understand the depth and breadth of tal
