We are looking for an experienced Product Recruiter to partner with our growing Product and Product Marketings teams and hire the individuals who will shape our company. This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Metro Area.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for product-focused roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, crafting innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the product domain.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with our company values and product vision.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our roles and attract skilled talent in the product and technical space.
- Build and nurture talent networks to create a robust pipeline for future product management openings, leveraging industry sources and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously enhance processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with 3+ years supporting product management roles.
- Proven track record of recruiting for senior-level positions with a focus on quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting strategies to market trends and organizational needs.
- Proficiency with data-driven recruiting (market mapping, insights, etc.) and recruiting platforms (G-Suite, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz).
An ideal candidate also has:
- Prior executive recruiting experience.
