From understanding market trends to shaping supplier strategies, you’ll play a key role in building a sustainable, innovative and high-performing product offering across our hotels and restaurants.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>As Category Manager, you will set up strategies for our Beverages categories in your region, source suppliers, negotiate contracts with them, deploy their solutions in the hotels and manage the relationships</li><li>Define and execute category strategies based on business needs and market intelligence</li><li>Translate market insights and customer trends into clear offering strategies by category</li><li>Define the right product/service ranges to match identified needs and business priorities</li><li>Drive category budget management and align sourcing strategy with global category objectives</li><li>Manage sourcing processes including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contracting</li><li>Lead and collaborate on tenders and bidding processes together with the other category teams and support the local identification and implementation of best practices, synergies and more</li><li>Lead supplier selection processes including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiation, and contractualisation</li><li>Manage supplier performance and compliance with CSR goals, including decarbonisation efforts</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Our ideal profile would be:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement with a focus on Beverages and their distribution chain</li><li>Solid expertise in purchasing processes and category management</li><li>Knowledge of beverage distribution and image contracts is highly valued</li><li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking and organisational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-functional teams and customer-centric environments</li><li>Proven experience in managing complex sourcing projects and supplier relationships</li><li>Learning mindset with a high level of autonomy and drive</li><li>Fluency in English and French</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What’s in there for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Unique opportunity to develop your career with worldwide Augmented Hospitality leaders</li><li>Package of benefits and perks of working for Accor, including discounts for hotels worldwide, and much more!</li><li>Work in a multi-national team</li><li>Hybrid way of working</li><li>Talent development opportunities</li><li>Access to a comprehensive training catalogue within our Accor Academy</li><li>Option to further develop and grow in- and outside of the region or globally</li><li>Various ESG activities &amp; initiatives</li></ul><p> </p><p>If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
