This squad will operate with a unique mandate:</p><ul><li><p>Shape the future of our core mobile app</p></li><li><p>Accelerate AI-driven user experiences</p></li><li><p>Work closely with a major enterprise partner who brings their own bold product vision to the table</p></li></ul><p>This is not an ordinary PM role. You’ll operate as a trusted partner to an external Project team, ensuring we build scalable foundations while enabling distinct user-facing features tailored for different audiences. The work will blend cutting-edge AI infrastructure with high-quality native app design. This role gives you both autonomy and direct executive-level visibility, with the opportunity to help set a gold standard for product work at Humanoo.<br/><br/> <h3>HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:</h3> <p>As Senior Product Manager, you’ll:</p><ul><li><p>Take full ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your AI-native squad</p></li><li><p>Align business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities for both Humanoo and our strategic partner</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with product engineering, product design, AI, and data science to deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes</p></li><li><p>Define ways of working and collaboration principles with a project-lead from the enterprise partner’s side</p></li><li><p>Prioritise thoughtfully by balancing shared infrastructure acceleration and bespoke user-facing experiences</p></li><li><p>Actively shape how AI capabilities (e.g., personalization engines, conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations) come to life inside our mobile app</p></li><li><p>Use data, user research, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and learning</p></li><li><p>Raise the bar for what it means to do product management at Humanoo by mentoring others and modelling best practice</p></li></ul> <h3>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:</h3> <ul><li><p>5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on mobile apps or AI-driven products</p></li><li><p>Proven success delivering impactful user-facing features in cross-functional squads</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align differing priorities</p></li><li><p>Experience with native mobile UX; deep interest in conversational interfaces, personalisation, and AI is a big plus</p></li><li><p>Strong product discovery skills: turning ambiguity into clarity and outcomes</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus but not required)</p></li><li><p>Curious, entrepreneurial, outcome-focused mindset</p></li></ul> <h3>INTERVIEW PROCESS</h3> <p>Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission.
