As the HR Generalist in our manufacturing facility you will be a culture leader with a focus on employee engagement, managing relationships with vendors and service providers, and assisting with the new hire process. Position-Related Duties and Key Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a culture leader with a focus on employee engagement.
  • Manage relationships with applicable vendors and service providers.
  • Correspond with associates and relevant parties to resolve payroll issues, act as a payroll backup.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition with tasks such as screening candidates and facilitating candidate pre-employment testing.
  • Assist with New Hire Onboarding Process.
  • Run reporting, gather, and analyze data (turnover rate, trends, etc).
  • Coordinate meetings/events, logistics and communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as correspondence, expense reporting, document retention & filing, organization of plant meetings/functions, building presentations.
  • Manage office supply and plant supply budgets, purchasing, invoicing, and miscellaneous financial tasks.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments.

Education and Additional Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience or relevant work experience in a high demand support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organization self are keys to success in this role.
  • Making customers (external and internal) needs your primary focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
  • Ability to develop organized filing system for maintaining and retrieving departmental records and documentation (i.e., correspondence, reference materials and notes) in paper or electronic format.
  • Experience with department-specific databases (e.g., Kronos, SAP, KO Buy, team share-points).

$84,800 - $102,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
