About the role
Team Carney is seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Analyst to perform a variety of business support, administrative, and clerical tasks across HR, IT, Contracts, Business Development Admin, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to learn different aspects of the company supporting our managers and employees to prepare the person for future career growth.

We are looking for someone that has a true desire to learn, loves to figure new things out, and is eager to jump into new projects and initiatives. Carney provides guidance and support to enable this person to be successful.
THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME AND REMOTE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary point of contact for HRIS administration, onboarding, orientation, benefits, policies, employee changes, 401k, etc.
- Assist in refining and leading on-boarding, orientations, and employee training
- Provide data and data analysis for compliance, including benefits, employment regulations, and affirmative action plans
- Provide administrative support to the President
- Assist with various company projects and initiatives, leading as required (and with support from Carney)
- Primary point of contact with our IT vendor – submit, track, and report requests and manage license assignments in some systems
- Primary point of contact for providing contracts administration support
- Primary point of contact for ordering supplies, materials, etc.
- Have a sense of humor. Someone who is focused on getting things done but can have fun doing it!
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years if no degree
- Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to gather and interpret data as a tool for decision making
- Candidates must demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills
- Experience and comfortable utilizing various systems and technologies (HRIS, AI, content development, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge and ability with Excel
- Ability and interest to support website updates utilizing Wordpress
- Provide writing support for business development, marketing, and internal communications
- Experience with participating in employee engagement activities/initiatives, particularly in a remote environment

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
