Sr. Financial Analyst

<p></p><h1>What we offer:</h1><p>Dematic is looking for a talented Global Senior Financial Analyst to be hired with a permanent contract. He/She will further enhance and develop the Controlling function within the Global Operations Finance Organization.</p><p>The position has broad exposure and is an excellence springboard for a candidate that wishes to move forward in the organization in advanced leadership roles.</p><p></p><p>The Global Senior Financial Analyst is going to:</p><ul><li>Prepare monthly Order Intake FC partnering with Internal Sales dept.</li><li>Prepare monthly cost center forecasts and provide analysis of actual results explaining variances to cost center owners and FP&amp;A</li><li>Partner with PM and Engineering department to develop the monthly projects forecast for hours and costs, utilizing existing forecasting systems and reporting actual deviations</li><li>Partner with other countries controllers to align project forecast and provide detailed analysis in case of over/under spending</li><li>Develop engineering workload analysis as an outcome of the short-term financial forecast monthly and provide guidance on headcount management</li><li>Coordinate and prepare COE budget according to established timelines</li><li>Execute monthly accounting processes and month-end activities</li><li>Create intercompany invoices tickects</li><li>Develop monthly operations deck and scorecard in preparation for global functional reviews</li><li>Support special ad hoc analysis as needed</li><li>Continually monitoring business performance, identify variances, and provide management insight into trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement</li></ul><p></p><h1>Tasks and Qualifications:</h1><p>Who are we looking for?</p><p>·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields</p><p>·        At least 5 years of experience within the Accounting and Finance field</p><p>·        Project Accounting / POC or Project Engineering finance experience is preferred</p><p>·        Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</p><p>·        Experience in SAP and Oracle is preferred</p><p>·        Exceptional analytical, critical reasoning, and communication skills</p><p>·        Demonstrated ability to be well organized, learn new tasks quickly, define process improvements, and strive for success.</p><p> </p><p>What can we further offer?</p><p>·        An international environment where curiosity and proactivity is highly appreciated</p><p>·        Opportunity to know other countries and cultures</p><p>·        Ticket Restaurant</p><p>·        Personal Computer and Smartphone</p><p>·        Smartworking</p>
