Position Overview

Under direction, performs multiple aspects of the human resources processes relating to staffing and timekeeping. Performs assigned aspects of the employment process, including posting, bidding, job notifications, hiring, background checks, Upward Mobility Lists, and Recall Lists. Drafts establishments, clarifications, abolishments, and other position actions for position classifications for supervisor/manager for approval. Serves as a liaison and provides routine guidance and assistance to agency employees and management/supervisors regarding Employment related matters and inquiries. Prepares, maintains, and stores a variety of HR records, reports, and files.
