Product Owner Salesforce (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand and anticipate needs
• Translate needs into processes, product requirements & feature requests
• Define vision & product roadmap
• Manage product backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements
• Set sprint goals
• Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Liase with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Contribute to overall platform vision, roadmap, and business case
• Establish and continuously improve product governance and compliance
• Drive Customer Relationship Management customer master data quality governance & improvements

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or Information Technology
• At least 4 years of experience as product owner, project manager or business analyst
• Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Account & contact management
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Strong ability to involve and motivate people from different areas of the organization
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum
• Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in global stakeholder management
• Experience with master data quality and data governance
• Very good ability to think abstractly and analytically
• Very good ability to prioritize deliverables effectively
