The Role and What You’ll Do: 

This motivated individual will lead the daily management and activation efforts of client-owned assets portfolio. This role includes the following responsibilities but not limited to: 

 

• Lead the day-to-day operations and the scheduling of Client’s internal assets for live events 

• Manage Client’s internal asset request portal and master scheduling calendar 

• Correspond directly with regional clients on schedule bookings and possible conflicts and solutions 

• Manage, train, coach, and assign the fleet of Class-A drivers who operate each Client- owned vehicle (currently 9 drivers on staff) 

• Recruit replacement and temporary Class-A drivers as needed to keep the fleet executing events 

• Manage the 160over90 DOT number while sustaining a minimum satisfactory score level 

• Manage and trouble shoot vehicle maintenance issues in collaboration with respective vendors 

• Manage out of pocket budget spends per the approved client-approved budget 

• Asset warehousing integration, tracking and monthly reconciliation reports for client’s review 

• Support the event process and onsite execution of each requested vehicle 

• Maintain the Atlanta warehouse operations with shipping, receiving and OTR logistics 

• Fill in as Class-A driver as needed to keep vehicles operating at requested events 

 

You Must Have These 

• Minimum 5 years of over the road event marketing experience 

• Production and team management experience, including production of live events, tours, and event asset fabrication 

• Passion for business growth and development 

• Comfortable with leading meetings and direct to client presentations
