About the role

Senior Developer, Oracle Applications (multiple openings)
    
 

Perform requirement analysis, design, configuration, management and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud-based applications. Support software development of interfaces with Fusion HCM and other systems. Analyze and solve software issues within ADP, Oracle EBS, Goal & Performance, Absence Management, Compensation, Core HR and other modules as necessary. Partner with the IT department to handle various HRIS management efforts and corresponding initiatives focused on enhancements to company systems. Handle fast formulas and flex fields, HDL/mass updates, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, workflow approvals and set ups for HSL Oracle Fusion HCM. Perform user interface changes and modifications. Ensure proactive collaboration and integration across all stakeholders, including Oracle, IT, HR leaders, and HR user community. Review data input and output reporting for accuracy. Research, analyze, interpret and troubleshoot data and reports.

Location: Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; Telecommuting  permitted.

Education: Bachelor* – Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field of study.

Experience: Five (5) years* as a Software Developer, in the position above, or in a related software development role;

Experience must include: 

1.       Oracle Fusion HCM: Fast Formulas and Flex Fields, HCM Extracts, and OTBI and BI Publisher

2.       ADP, Oracle EBS, Absence Management, and Core HR

3.       Cloud/On-Premise systems

*Will accept equivalent foreign degree; will accept a graduate degree in above major fields of study and three years of work experience in lieu of above requirements; will also accept any fully equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
