About the role

The CeLeen Group is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support a contract within the Department of Energy. The position would support the R&D Systems Architect department within the Science and Engineering Information Systems group. The document management specialist will assist with the management of the departments documents, make recommendations for process improvement to accurately and in support of corporate policy, and assist the different teams in support of department deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Implement and administer enterprise wide document management systems and related procedures that allow organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share and destroy electronic records and documents.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel expected: offsites, meetings, training, a conference.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree
  • Must have minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Current, active DOE-Q Clearance .
  • Experience supporting Sandia National Laboratories.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Work is performed onsite and therefore candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Celeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
