Finance Associate in Order to Invoice Premium Engagement (maternity cover)

What you'll do

 

As a Finance Associate in the Order to Invoice Services (Premium Engagement) team you will work independently on order handling and invoicing process in cooperation with various teams and stakeholders, communicating and dealing with internal and external customer queries.

 

Your tasks will include:

• Administration of customer contracts which includes the booking of a contract, invoicing customers, invoice delivery, and revenue recognition of deals booked.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing.  Analyze pending billing and identify potential quality issues, process dispute cases.
• Participate in the monthly close processes.
• SOX reports preparation.
• Support projects and/or improvement activities.

 

What you bring

 

Accounting experience is not required, full training will be provided by experienced colleagues. We are looking for candidate with high engagement and eagerness to learn finance processes, continuously seek to improve and develop their skills and efficiency.
