What this job involves:
As an Operations Associate at JLL, you will support key business operations with a focus on financial analysis, strategic planning, governance, people development, communication, and digital support. Working closely with the PDS Midwest and Heartlands variable market teams, you'll drive operational excellence and business growth through comprehensive support across multiple business functions. This role combines analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, requiring you to manage diverse responsibilities from P&L reporting to culture building while leveraging technology to enhance market performance and team effectiveness.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Conduct P&L reporting and analysis to support business decision-making and perform pipeline analysis to track development
Support market growth strategy planning and implementation initiatives using competitive intelligence
Provide commercial governance support to ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate internal market quarterly business reviews
Support culture and team building event planning while driving employee recognition and Going Beyond initiatives
Develop and manage market newsletter content and support town hall meeting content development
Drive technology adoption initiatives, gather user feedback, and triage technology troubleshooting
Conduct Salesforce opportunity meetings and reporting analysis with Certinia milestone updates
Monitor and analyze resource utilization while supporting account and national service growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures including virtual filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Planning and organizing abilities with strong prioritization skills
Problem assessment and problem-solving capabilities
Information gathering and monitoring skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Salesforce and Certinia platforms
Experience in financial analysis and P&L reporting
Background in strategic planning and business development support
Knowledge of commercial real estate operations
Experience with employee engagement and culture initiatives
Understanding of governance and compliance processes

Estimated compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
