The Role
Addepar is looking for a driven and adaptable professional to support Addepar’s GTM Strategic Initiatives. In this role you’ll help drive the translation of our strategic priorities into projects and change management initiatives that improve how GTM teams and the business as a whole operate. You’ll develop recommendations and solutions that bridge the gap between the firm’s high-level vision, strategy and capabilities and the people, process and technical solutions on the ground. You’ll act as the operational backbone for complex projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution across teams. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone looking to deepen their strategic and operational experience in a rapidly growing GTM organization within a global SaaS business.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $75,000 - $117,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
What You’ll Do
- Bring analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to support transformational, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.
- Analyze sales, project, and other data to provide insights to leadership on opportunities for growth, process improvement, and resource allocation
- Build and document new or updated GTM processes, acting as a steward for change management to define clear ownership handoffs and measure impact
- Take ownership of projects - create plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and identify risks and roadblocks to obtain cross-functional buy-in and drive execution
- Work closely with GTM leaders to identify opportunities for efficiencies in organizational processes, resolve challenges to optimize results, and create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Help enable decision-making and communications for GTM leadership
Who You Are
- Curious, proactive, and team-oriented with a bias towards action
- A self-starter with a “how can we get better” mindset, interested in identifying opportunities for efficiencies in organizational processes
- Excited about solving hard problems in a fast-paced and fluid environment, while maintaining high attention to detail and a commitment to following through
- Someone with a proven track record of project management and planning skills, or the ability to translate complex, ambiguous strategies into clear, actionable process diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as familiarity with BI tools such as Databricks or other analytics platforms, is a plus
- Effective and efficient communicator, capable of building bridges across GTM, G&A and R&D teams, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or strategy and operations roles, where you've demonstrated excellence in process optimization and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
