Brand & Communications Manager

We are looking for a strategic communications manager who will be responsible for C-level communications internally and externally, managing key communications initiatives, evaluating and reporting our success, and managing various communications initiatives across Thirty Madison and its brands. In this role, you’ll use your experience to manage content across a variety of channels, brainstorm and implement creative ways to drive the company forward with communications, and serve as a strategic consultant to executives and internal subject matter experts.
You’ll partner closely with the VP of Brand & Communications,Director of Communications and our senior leaders across our cross-functional organization to craft clear, compelling narratives that speak to the value we create for our patients across all of our condition-specific brands and the strategies and objectives that get us there. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing all company-wide communications with a keen eye for detail to continuously consider where we might improve and ensure we are measuring for success. You will help identify impactful communications opportunities, write clear content and distill complex topics into simple messages, and design creative campaigns to engage employees throughout the year. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle tight deadlines and deliver, operate independently, execute, and set high expectations for yourself and others. - The base pay range for this position is $122,400 to $150,000 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
What you get to do everyday:
- Develop clear, engaging company and executive communications that consistently connect our Thirty Madison employees to our mission and values while driving awareness of our strategy, objectives, and progress
- Own, implement, and manage across company-wide internal communications initiatives, including co-creating and ghostwriting executive communications
- Produce company-wide internal events, including All-Hands, craft our company newsletter, and constantly find ways to keep employees engaged across a variety of communications channels
- Co-create with the People Leadership team to drive awareness and adoption of key initiatives and to proactively manage change to processes and programs; support and execute company-wide initiatives across teams, from intake to completion
- Provide strategic communications support to department heads and program leads on messaging and positioning; influence stakeholders as needed to ensure communications are compelling, clear, and aligned with our desired tone
- Work cross-functionally with Business partners to capture critical information needed for keeping internal communications up-to-date (and for leveraging for external communications initiatives as needed)
- Support with the execution of Communications and PR strategies for Thirty Madison and its brands
- Identify, track, and map out the key events and conferences for C-suite executives to attend, sponsor, and participate in, tracking deadlines closely leading up to the event
- Support media outreach initiatives to support the Director of Communications in earning coverage for Nurx, Keeps and other Thirty Madison brand by preparing press kits, media lists, and press materials for consumer and business PR outreach
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of internal communications messaging, channels and practices
- Use data-driven insights to regularly assess our strategy and tactics, identifying what is working and where we need to improve
What you bring to the role:
- 4+ years of experience in an internal communications, corporate communications, or related role
- Prior experience with executive, change management, marketing, and/or crisis communications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of subject areas and build clear communications, making complex ideas easy to understand
