Job Description Summary

This position provides administrative support to members of the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies (CCI). Administrative duties include but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to Principal Investigators (PI’s) and Directors by coordinating travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, meeting coordination, conference room scheduling. Handle office operations such as obtaining contact lists, picking up and dispersing mail, creating shipping labels, making sure inventory is stocked, light tidying of CCI administrative office space including conference rooms, coffee, and break room areas. Works closely with the CCI Administrative Manager to insure the smooth operation of CCI’s day-to-day business and administrative needs.

Job Description

This position provides administrative support to the Clinical Cell and Vaccine Production Facility quality assurance program. In the Clinical Cell and Vaccine Production Facility quality assurance program, robust documentation management and quality compliance plays a critical role as the CVPF adheres to GLP and GMP standards and is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy.

This position includes documentation management and verification which includes ensuring the efficient retrieval, filing, and organization of critical and sensitive patient and clinical manufacturing and analytic documentation. This also includes assigning, and maintaining Eternal Report, and CVPF Correspondences. Here, a multi-pronged approach is followed: Executed Batch Records (EBRs) are scanned and electronically archived on the CVPF Controlled Shared Drive for easy access and retrieval.
