Job Description:

The Sr. Process Improvement Manager works as a member of the  Quality team within Epiq.  In this position you will be responsible for developing and driving process improvement initiatives, change management activities, leading standardization and integration projects as well as performing data analysis that is used to change behavior throughout the organization. This individual will act as a change agent working across the various teams to identify high impact areas for improvement and implement solutions to enable positive business outcomes.
