What you'll do:

  •  Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day month-end/quarter-end close general accounting functions to ensure accurate application of revenue recognition accounting guidance and partner revenue share calculations 

  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations to the G/L, journal entries, and revenue analysis

  • Develop significant relationships and master coordination within the revenue accounting team, as well as with external auditors, finance, billing, and systems team members

  • Evaluate accuracy and completeness of financial results

  • Ownership and understanding of companies and products assigned

  • Perform other revenue accounting related duties as requested by management to ensure organizational goals are met and process improvements are implemented

  • Support system integration projects related to changing business requirements, including mergers/acquisitions, restructuring, and currency translation calculations.

What you’ll bring:  

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field 

  • 3+  years of experience in one or more of the following;  Revenue Recognition ASC 606,  U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and/or Audit experience working within an ERP system

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)

  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision

  • Analytical ability to think problems through to resolution and create process efficiencies

  • Ability to interface well and build relationships with our external partners (Finance, Audit, Billing, Systems), as well as within the Accounting team

  • Ability to manage and thrive in change and manage multiple projects and financial responsibilities to meet goals and objectives

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of financial responsibilities and processes

What could set you apart:

  • Masters in Accounting/Business or CPA preferred

  • Experience with Tableau, Hyperion HFM/Essbase, Oracle or similar ERP  

  • Experience with Oracle JE/ARM reconciliation applications

  • Experience working for a large multi-national company preferred

  • Experience with process automation
