Penumbra Europe GmbH is headquartered in Berlin and has 250 employees in EMEA with a turnover of approx. 130 million euros.  We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Clinical Specialist Iberia to start as soon as possible.  Why should you work for Penumbra? ·       The opportunity to improve patient lives with our innovative products.·       Successful, dynamic, fast-growing company.·       Continuous product expansion and introduction of cutting-edge innovation.·       High level of responsibility and creating a great network in health industry.·       Working in a diverse, positive, and fun team.·       Attractive salary package.·       Dedicated training when onboarding. ·       Great learning opportunities and interesting development prospects.·       Employee assistance program.·       250 € net per year, reimbursing your fitness activities. ·       Options to purchase Penumbra shares. <h3>Your responsibilties</h3> <ul> <li>To support, advise and collaborate strongly with Interventional Radiologists, Endovascular Surgeon’s, Interventional Cardiologists along other healthcare professionals, on using our life-saving portfolio.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations, trainings and provide ongoing clinical support. </li><li>Time spent within Angio suite theatres supporting emergency and elective procedures.</li><li>Work with commercial sales teams to increase account penetration and utilization of our products for new and existing line of products and services and improving quality of service to customers.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with all HCPs whilst identifying new sales opportunities through cross and upselling.</li><li>Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions, working in collaboration with senior management, sales and marketing. </li><li>Participate in Iberian product launch activities, along with occasional international travel.</li><li>Stay up to date on trends and developments within the endovascular space.</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul> <li>Qualified Nurse or Radiographer with experience working in Interventional or Vascular departments OR minimum 5 years’ experience in medical devices / pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Specialist.</li><li>Strong clinical, technical and organizational skills; ability to function in a busy, demanding and competitive environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.</li><li>Fluent Spanish &amp; English skills</li><li>Ability to build constructive work relationships and be at ease with interacting with colleagues at all hierarchical levels.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate initiative and to solve problems in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously: setting tasks and direction under limited supervision.</li><li>You bring positive energy and are solution-driven towards physicians with high commitment and wanting to go "the extra mile".</li><li>You are a strong communicator, team player and a highly reliable colleague.</li><li>You are passionate and support a work environment focusing on team spirit and creativity.</li><li>You work analytically, strategically and demonstrate strong initiative.</li><li>A full Driver's license is needed for the role.</li><li>Ideally located in central Spain</li></ul>If you search for an opportunity where you really have a (life saving) impact, we are happy to receive your CV in English and looking forward to meeting you.
