We are seeking a Director of Growth, Commercial Space to join our rapidly growing space and satellite consulting practice.  Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with proven experience leading and supervising a consulting team of analysts and subject matter experts to deliver outstanding client service and shares an interest in aviation, space, and technology.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluates business opportunities and potential markets, analyzes financial feasibility studies, and researches the market.
• Provides oversight and direction on a variety of business development activities, including proposal development, client relations, and account management.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates outcomes of the department's strategic plans.
• Positions company for follow-on work to projects
• Oversees efforts to support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities, including customer relationship building
• Determines sales targets to ensure company growth
• Forecasts and manages revenue stream
• Responsible for profit and loss management for analytic team
• Directs projects, publications, communications, and marketing materials
• Develops staff in their roles and skillsets
• Time and workload planning and management for the analytic team
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the community, including engaging in industry association activities and participating in events of interest to BryceTech
• Face of the company at conferences, customer meetings, in media
• Decision-making role within executive team

Qualifications

• MBA, MPP, or higher education degree; or Bachelors in business, economics, finance, engineering, science, computer science, or related science or technology field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in leadership roles, including managing departments
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in aviation, space, or satellite industry
• Experience in directing commercial strategy and market intelligence activities
