We continuously strive for a superior talent experience, operational excellence enabled by high quality data to achieve transparent and fair people decisions. We collaborate closely with the AZ SE Board of Management, their business divisions, and partner with the Operating Entity HR Directors and both the Talent Management and the Culture &amp; Leadership communities of our operating entities across the world. Together we ensure state of the art talent management strategy &amp; frameworks, robust succession plans and best fit placements linked to Allianz business needs.
