Job Description

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join the business area of Wind’s international People & Culture team. Team members are based in Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Denmark.

You will have a key role in driving the P&C agenda for specific functions. By participating in leadership conversations and executing the people agenda you will contribute to the the realisation of the business strategy. In parallel, you will be a P&C Country Business Partner for Denmark, supporting colleagues on specific Danish people topics. 

You will report to the Head of People & Culture and benefit from strong experience within an international team.

You will work in an international context, where your main responsibilities are to:

  • Drive the P&C strategy together with specific management teams.
  • Support and challenge senior leaders and be their trusted P&C advisor.
  • Drive and facilitate the recurring P&C annual wheel.
  • Ensure the implementation of future ways of working.
  • Support leaders outside Denmark on specific Danish people topics.
  • Support conversations with Danish employee representatives.

Location  

You will work from our office in Kolding. To meet with leadership teams and your team colleagues, you will have some international travel (app. 30 days per year).

Qualifications

You can build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared and high ambitions. You have an engaging and proactive work style, are an active listener, outgoing and able to develop a positive relationship with a wide range of people.

Furthermore, you have:

  • +7 years’ experience working internationally with the P&C agenda,
  • experience from working within the renewables industry or similar,
  • experience from applying Danish employment law
  • political savvy and are good at reading the different agendas at stake,
  • some direct or indirect leadership experience,
  • strong English and Danish communication skills,
  • a university degree, preferably P&C-related.
