Retail Analyst

Location: HQ- Williamsburg, BK

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000-90,000

Position Summary:
The Retail Analyst Role for Kith’s Retail Operations & Inventory Control team will focus on leveraging data from Kith’s data depository to inform decision specific to retail and field operations. This role will use findings to incite new and exciting projects to improve Kith’s overall operations & inventory strategy as well as sales / customer data and revamp processes throughout Kith retail doors. This position will focus on improving the visibility into and the understanding of Kith's inbound product flow, fulfillment, store operations productivity, sales metrics, and overall output from retail doors.

Responsibilities:
● Utilize data to inform strategic decisions pertaining field operations and inventory movement
● Create, develop, and monitor metrics and KPIs and report to internal partners, and those in the field
● Create visualizations, reports, and presentations to succinctly and accurately communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders
● Collaborate with different systems to input and extract information, analyze data, and investigate trends
● Work cross-functionally with HQ teams to align on data availability and needs
● Monitor the integrity of the data to ensure accurate reporting

Experience:
● ~5 Years of operations/inventory/retail analyst experience, preferably in the Retail, Fashion, Finance or Lifestyle space
● Tableau experience required
● Previous experience in reporting or efficiency improvement initiatives
● Inventory control & operational experience, prior in-store retail experience preferred
● ERP and WMS knowledge preferred

Education:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Management Information Systems (MIS), Logistics/Supply Chain, and/or Business Administration/Management coursework preferred
