<span id="spandesc"><p><b><span>Senior Associate - Finance and Corporate Advisory Services / Consulting</span></b><br/></p><p><b><span>Location:</span></b><span> Dublin, Ireland</span><br/></p><span></span><br/><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b><br/></p><ul><li><span>Master’s in Finance or equivalent</span><br/></li><li><span>CFA Level 3 cleared will be an asset</span><br/></li><li><span>3 to 5 Years of Experience</span><br/></li><li><span>Relevant Experience with international banks, developers/investors/ funds or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an asset</span><br/></li><li><span>Experience in infrastructure/project finance is preferred</span><br/></li><li><span>Advanced knowledge of Financial Modeling</span><br/></li><li><span>Strong analytical and multi-language communication skills</span><br/></li><li><span>Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP)</span><br/></li><li><span>Proficiency in communication and reporting skills in English</span><br/></li></ul><span></span><br/><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b><br/></p><p><b><span>Transaction Delivery and Project Management:</span></b><br/></p><ul><li><span>Deliver high-quality work under guidance of the team-lead, meeting project requirements, timelines.</span><br/></li><li><span>Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground project development, interact with working-level team members of the client and other stakeholders such as off-takers, lenders, etc.</span><br/></li><li><span>Conduct business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence and valuations exercises to evaluate businesses for investment opportunities.</span><br/></li><li><span>Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary team.</span><br/></li><li><span>Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties under the guidance of the team lead.</span><br/></li><li><span>Develop an understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.</span><br/></li><li><span>Support the design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis.</span><br/></li><li><span>Develop knowledge about high-end, complex Financial Models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents, accounting, and taxation principles.</span><br/></li><li><span>Prepare reports, IMs, summary, and presentations.</span><br/></li></ul><p><b><span>Client Interaction:</span></b><br/></p><ul><li><span>Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements.</span><br/></li><li><span>Respond to client’s changing needs and priorities under the guidance of team lead.</span><br/></li><li><span>Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client’s needs and requirements.</span><br/></li></ul><p><b><span>Business Development:</span></b><br/></p><ul><li><span>Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyze data and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities.</span><br/></li><li><span>Support in responding to development of proposals requested by potential clients.</span><br/></li></ul><p><span>For more details and to submit your CV, please contact</span>: <a href="mailto:laizer@cquail.com" target="_blank">laizer@cquail.com</a><br/></p><br/></span><br/>
