Senior Product Managers – Single Use Digital

 

Job Location: EMD Millipore Corporation, 80 Ashby Road, Bedford, Massachusetts 01730

 

Telecommuting is available for up to three (3) days per week. Employee must reside within commuting distance of Bedford, MA, as the role requires at least two (2) days of in-office presence per week.

 

Up to 20% domestic travel per year and up to 10% international travel per year is required.

Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for portfolio growth including long-range product strategies, positioning, and evolution of portfolio, creating value for customers;
2. Lead the company’s digital transformation of SU design portfolio through creation and execution of the digital infrastructure roadmap, which will include both internal and customer facing tools (e.g., CRM, CPQconfigurator);
3. Drive the product development roadmap, including business cases, market sizing, and forecasting;
4. Lead successful product launches from concept through commercialization (NPI);
5. Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP) focused on revenue growth, operating margin, innovation, and life cycle management;
6. Work collaboratively and lead cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, and operations, including value chain and other key business partners, to drive business results;
7. Formulate pricing strategy to maximize top and bottom-line goals;
8. Actively monitor competitive activity, market trends, and the voice of the customer and translate these into winning strategies for new and existing products; and
9. Provide support and training as a part of GTM plan to internal commercial organization and externally through conference presentations, webinars etc.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology or a closely related field and at least five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience in a Biopharma Customer Experience occupation or related role. In addition, the employer requires the following:

 

1. Demonstrated ability with digital software product management gained through two (2) years of work experience;
2. Demonstrated ability in conducting market research through biopharma customer interviews and preparing business cases for biopharma digital projects gained through two (2) years of work experience; and
3. Demonstrated ability in understanding and managing diverse datasets of biopharma manufacturing processes gained through two (2) years of experience.

 

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
