Primary Responsibilities:

As a Senior Leasing Associate at Northwood Ravin, you play an essential role in the success and stability of our communities. This position requires a confident professional who can work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and navigate the unique challenges of a lease-up environment with poise and focus. You approach your work with a strategic mindset, take initiative to drive results, and uphold the high standards of service and professionalism that define the Northwood Ravin experience.

As a Senior Leasing Associate, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Manage all leasing functions with minimal supervision, including prospect engagement, property tours, follow-ups, and lease execution.
• Support lease-up efforts by developing and implementing effective leasing strategies that reflect market conditions and community goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with community leadership, regional management, and construction teams to ensure alignment on progress, upcoming deliveries, and resident move-in readiness.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings through regular comp shopping and analysis, using insights to inform leasing and marketing decisions.
• Planning and executing high-quality resident events to enhance community engagement.
• Creating content (posts, videos, etc.) for social media to promote the community and engage residents and prospects.
• Flexibility to attend marketing and networking events, and host resident events, with schedule adjustments as needed.

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum of two years of experience in multifamily leasing, with demonstrated success in lease-up or high-traffic communities. Class A preferred
• A professional and customer-focused demeanor with exemplary customer service and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in posting to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospective and current residents.
• A customer-focused mentality and the ability to create meaningful connections.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• A sharp, professional appearance and ability to represent the company with pride.
