Salary: $75,000-$90,000, based on education, experience, and licensure or certification

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Director, Community Supports provides clinical and operational leadership across a portfolio of community-based housing and recovery programs that form a critical pillar of our CCBHC continuum. This role is responsible for clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, staff development, and programmatic excellence across six distinct service lines. The Clinical Director partners closely with senior leadership and community partners to drive innovation, promote recovery-oriented practices, and ensure access to high-quality, person-centered community care.
PROGRAMS SUPERVISED
The Clinical Director provides direct oversight and leadership to the following service lines:
Case Management & Community Supports
- Coordination and monitoring of individualized service plans for adults with serious mental illness (SMI)
- Linkage to community resources, housing, transportation, and entitlement programs
- Compliance with CCBHC community support service standards
Community Support Team (CST)
- Community-based team delivering intensive support to individuals with complex behavioral health needs
First Episode Psychosis Program (FEPP)
- Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) model serving individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis
- Multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, therapy, supported employment/education, and family support
- Evidence-based interventions including individual resiliency training and family education
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
- Fidelity-based ACT team providing wraparound community services
- 24/7 crisis availability and intensive, flexible support for individuals with the most complex needs
- Adherence to ACT fidelity standards and participation in ongoing fidelity reviews
Supported Employment (IPS)
- Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model supporting competitive, integrated employment
- Collaboration with employers, clinical teams, and the Division of Rehabilitation Services
- Fidelity monitoring and outcome reporting in accordance with evidence-based IPS standards
Wellness Recovery Drop-In Center
- Peer-operated and peer-informed programming that promotes self-determination and community
- Structured and unstructured activities supporting recovery, socialization, and skill building
- Integration of Certified Recovery Support Specialists and lived experience leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision and oversight to Program Managers and team members across all community housing programs
- Lead staff development and training with an emphasis on trauma-informed care, person-centered care, whole-person care, and illness management and recovery
- Support assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and care coordination
- Provide clinical consultation, reflective supervision, and professional development opportunities to program leaders
- Cultivate an organizational culture grounded in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered values
Program Development & Operations
- Provide day-to-day leadership for all assigned
