REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant training/coaching experience
• A diverse background across areas of the Service Division recommended

Education/Certification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• SIE & Series 7 Topoff preferred

 
Skills / Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to respond and adapt to trainees and leaders with appropriate tone, organized thoughts, and confidence
  • Flexing personal communication style to best align with each individual trainee through listening, asking open-ended questions and challenging as needed
  • Ability to respond to written correspondence in a clear, succinct manner
• Organizational skills and time management skills
• Facilitator and Coaching skills 
• Knowledge of coaching processes and adult learning theory
• Must be able to multi-task and follow-up appropriately to take issues to resolution
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and quickly learn and apply new information
• Proficiency in topics, procedures and systems used by the department(s) supported
• Maintain SME knowledge for topics supported in OJT

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026,  candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
