Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Communications: Assist with quarterly earnings preparation, including call scripts, key messages and Q&A documents, including the “Fact Book.” Manage investor section of the company website, ensuring it contains up-to-date information and presents the company appropriately.
• Data Analysis and Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal and marketing teams to analyze data to ensure a consistent and integrated message. Maintain peer database. Perform ad hoc projects as requested.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts. Ensure timely response to inbound requests. Analyze sell-side models and work with third-party to summarize. Ensure accuracy of consensus providers. Prepare analyst profiles as needed. Assist with management of buy-side and proactive targeting of potential investors.
• Investor Calendar: Organize and participate in investor calls, events, conferences, roadshows and proxy-related discussions, including preparing itineraries and briefing books. Keep detailed notes on meetings and follow-up requests.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, stock surveillance, peer activities and investor sentiment.
• ESG Communication: Assist in forming the company's sustainability/ESG strategy. Assist with project tracking and maintain database. Assist in preparing sustainability reports and responding to investor queries on sustainability/ESG matters.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics / business. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research or investment banking, ideally in the retail industry.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and investment concepts
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak directly with investors
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to exercise discretion while managing confidential information
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet changing demands with a high degree of flexibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to get things done under tight deadlines
• Ability to travel as required for investor meetings, conferences and industry events
