We’re seeking a Chief of Staff & Operations Manager to act as a force multiplier for leadership by driving critical programs, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project management and executive support - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of high-level planning and tactical problem-solving. You’ll work closely with the CLO and senior leaders to align priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and own key operational processes. The ideal candidate has a background in finance, consulting, or scaling startups, with a knack for turning ambiguity into action.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program & Project Management- Drive the implementation of company-wide processes (e.g., All Hands meetings, leadership offsites, quarterly business reviews).
- Prepare data-driven analyses, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings and leadership reviews.
- Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., OKR tracking, business planning) from design to execution.
- Manage leadership calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for key events and meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and teams to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Draft internal and external communications (e.g., leadership announcements, internal updates)
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years in operations, program management (preferably in hypergrowth startups, tech, or financial services preferred).
- Project execution: Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional written/verbal skills; can distill complexity into clear action plans.
- Tools: Comfort with metrics analysis using Sheets/Excel, making presentations using Powerpoint and report making including visuals.
- Mindset: Proactive, scrappy, and thrives in ambiguity. No task is too big or too small.
