Starting Salary: $75k-80K
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.
What you will do:
Lead and manage the Engineering department with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience through operational excellence and team development.
Provide hands-on support in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the property.
Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects in coordination with the Atrium Capital team.
Ensure effective inventory management of parts, tools, and supplies to support hotel operations.
Support budget planning and financial oversight by managing departmental expenses, labor costs, and participating in P&L reviews.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Lockout/Tagout procedures, MSDS protocols, and safety audits.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of engineering experience in hotel or facilities operations.
Prior leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Budget and P&L experience, with an understanding of labor and R&M costs.
Familiarity with OSHA standards, fire safety codes, and preventative maintenance systems.

Certifications in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
