Starting Salary: $75k-80K

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors. 

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Engineering department with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience through operational excellence and team development.

• Provide hands-on support in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the property.

• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects in coordination with the Atrium Capital team.

• Ensure effective inventory management of parts, tools, and supplies to support hotel operations.

• Support budget planning and financial oversight by managing departmental expenses, labor costs, and participating in P&L reviews.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Lockout/Tagout procedures, MSDS protocols, and safety audits.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of engineering experience in hotel or facilities operations.

• Prior leadership experience managing maintenance teams.

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Budget and P&L experience, with an understanding of labor and R&M costs.

• Familiarity with OSHA standards, fire safety codes, and preventative maintenance systems.
