We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a temporary, entry-level building maintenance role. This position involves light maintenance duties in and around an office building.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and furniture moves

• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of common areas

• Conduct routine inspections and report any issues to management

• Maintain outdoor areas (e.g., sweeping walkways, light landscaping tasks)

• Support office staff with facility-related needs as requested

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Ability to perform physical tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Good communication and teamwork skills
