Director, Agency Partnerships

Insider, Inc is looking for an experienced, Director, Agency Partnerships to join our Global Agency Partnerships Team. The ideal person for this role is an enthusiastic seller with a strong understanding of and connections in Programmatic Media and Digital Investment.  As a Director, Global Agency, you are capable of making big deals happen, articulating our best-in-class solutions, and inspiring agency partners to put Insider at the top of their recommendation lists.  An insatiable curiosity combined with the ability to translate programmatic concepts and ideas into actionable marketing solutions is essential, and being a team player is non-negotiable.

Candidates must be creative thinkers and passionate about data, ad technology, media, and getting things done. Success will be highly dependent upon the candidate's hustle and drive, as  high activity levels are the key to success in this role.

Job responsibilities:

• Establish and grow client relationships across a large list of agencies
• Drive agency-wide deals 
• Achieve and exceed revenue goals and team KPIs on a quarterly basis
• Seek out and develop relationships with agencies to drive referrals
• Sell through Insider’s programmatic and media offerings that support clients' strategic and tactical needs
• Be visible to the agency community at events and conferences 
• Communicate effectively in writing, in person and over the phone
• Hit weekly activity marks consistently
• Accurately manage, report on and forecast revenue pipeline
• Collaborate with sales team members to educate and advance programmatic
• Grow aggregate revenue through assigned agencies/holding companies by funneling opportunity to the vertical sales teams 

Qualifications:

• Experience in a programmatic or agency sales role
• Executive relationships within key agencies and agency holding companies
• Proven track record of driving upfront and partnership deals with agencies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to articulate a compelling story around programmatic media 
• Must be a self-starter
• Willingness to go where customers are whenever possible
• Passion for the Insider, Inc. brands
• Be a good egg – someone who assumes the best of the colleagues, helps foster positive working relationships (internally and externally) and is dedicated to learning and growing.
• Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Drive, determination, consistency, grit and passion are always essential
• Be a consummate team player who shares openly and collaborates with vertical sales counterparts

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $130,000. - $150,000. (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
