So let's get started and build a better future together!<br/></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Locations/type of contract:</strong><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Lithuania (employment contract, hybrid/remote)<br/></strong></p><p dir="ltr">OR<br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Poland/other EU country (<strong>B2B contract directly with Softeq</strong>, fully remote)</strong></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Translate high-level goals into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with product managers</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Support QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Help define and track key metrics and KPIs for product success<br/></p><p></p><p><br/><strong>Requirements<br/></strong><br/></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Experience working closely with developers, designers, and product managers</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with API documentation, data flows, UML diagrams, and BPMN</p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Very good English language written and verbal communication skills (min.
