About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven, analytically sharp Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business — turning financial data into clear insight that shapes decisions on budgets, forecasts, and go-to-market performance. You'll take ownership of departmental budgeting cycles, keep a close eye on the metrics that matter most to a fast-growing SaaS company, and bring an AI-forward mindset to how financial work gets done.

What You'll Do

  •  Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts for internal and external audiences.
  • Own departmental budgeting cycles across the organization, partnering with department leads to build budgets and conduct ongoing Budget vs. Actuals variance analysis, flagging risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) reporting metrics such as Pipeline Generation and Sales Cycle Duration, and monitor week-over-week changes in Sales Forecast.
  • Manage commissions calculations, reporting, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timely payouts, and clear documentation of methodology for sales and finance stakeholders.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess the financial viability of new projects or initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare presentations for department leads and the executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and interpret financial data, providing insights that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Use tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build automated workflows that streamline financial reporting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation — and stay current on emerging AI applications for finance.

What You'll Bring

  •  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  •  2–5 years of relevant corporate finance experience.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial software).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and succinctly to varied audiences.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to build workflows or automate analysis is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a plus.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary with a 3% bonus.
Pay is commensurate with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
