Cerba Research is actively recruiting Contract Managers and/or Associates to join our team. Location - preferably US but open to candidates within Belgium/France/the Netherlands or the UK.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH CRO IS A REQUIREMENT


Your responsibilities in this role

  • You will oversee the contracting process regarding budget/scope revisions as well as have ownership for Start-up Agreements, Task Orders and /or Change Order(s) execution throughout the life cycle of any study.
  • You serve as the primary Customers contact and to maintain the contact throughout the life cycle of any study

Requirements

  • You need to be an excellent communicator: open, clear and honest with a positive attitude; you will have extensive use of telephone and face to face communication
  • Experience in the CRO business (preferably central laboratory services)
  • You like to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • You have the ability to manage multiple contracts of varying types and size through the contract administration process
  • With a strong sense of business acumen, capable and eager utilize financial skills
  • Strong interest in pricing analysis and strategy with excellent numeracy skills – good financial and business understanding
  • Ability to lead meetings and have excellent negotiation skills
  • Confident to deal with all internal / external Customer levels
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, databases
  • Good organizational skills, with good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
