Your Impact
Directly supervise the coordination and production of operating workers through monitoring quality control, production efficiency, and timely completion of associated products as assigned.

- Direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the manufacturing operations.
- Direct operators on critical processes
- Perform and monitor critical processes
- Complete routine validation protocols
- May act as safety representative
- May participate on cross-functional teams
- Inspect work of operators and keep documentations of yields and reject data.
- Act as liaison between operator and supervisor/manager.
- Execute agreed-upon production plans and yields within a designated area of production.
- Assist supervisor/manager to plan and schedule resources.
- Ensure compliance to all applicable regulations to PPE, ISO, OSHA, etc.
- Interact with cross-functional departments, such as Production, Engineering, and R&D, to resolve issues associated with quality, equipment, manufacturing systems, etc.
- May assist in the transition of new products into manufacturing.
- Maintains a safe working environment and reporting of incidents/accidents to Manufacturing management.
- Fulfills the role of Team Lead in the absence of the Manufacturing Sr. Associate.
- Escalates production floor issues related to personnel, safety, procedures, materials, process, equipment, automation, utilities, and/or information systems to Manufacturing management and/or appropriate functional area(s).
- Advise others on ways to improve processes or products.
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring, evaluations, or promotions of Operators in levels 1-3.
What You'll Bring
- Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Systems Evaluation — Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Operation Monitoring — Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Management of Personnel Resources — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in pers
