Jr. Staff Accountant position will primarily focus on cash reconciliation, applying customer payments, and invoicing customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.

Apply customer payments accurately and timely across various platforms.

Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments and billing.

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Support the month-end close process and assist with journal entries as needed.

Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales departments to resolve billing issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

2+ year of accounting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with NetSuite or similar ERP a plus)
