Job Description

As a Security Professional - Real Estate in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

Our Patrol Officers play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within the commercial real estate sector. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, they help to deter potential security-related incidents. Officers are expected to provide exceptional customer service and communication, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, always prioritizing people and teamwork while acting with integrity. This unarmed position does not require driving, but a guard card/license is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification to enhance the level of service provided.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
