Direct Marketing Manager

Wisper Internet is seeking a full-time exempt Direct Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. If you are looking to join a quickly expanding marketing team that is ready to level up our marketing channels, then Wisper Internet is the place for you. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies throughout our network while maintaining a strong customer focus. You will refine brand strategies, develop creative, and spearhead our direct marketing tactics including direct mail, email, website and digital channels.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000

Hours: Mon- Fri Business Hours with after hours as dictated by the needs of the business

Overnight Travel: Up to 10%

Essential Job Functions

• Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with third-party marketing vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving performance improvements
  • Channel Management: Oversee the development and execution of direct mail and email marketing campaigns, optimizing for acquisition and retention audiences
  • Website Oversight: Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO optimized, and user-friendly. Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance user experience and drive traffic
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are on-brand and resonate with target audiences
  • Campaign Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaigns and channels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Service to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Other duties as directed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing and/or sales experience
  • Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and agencies
  • Expertise in managing direct mail, email marketing, and digital marketing, with proficiency in relevant tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Current Valid Driver's License
  • Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
  • Must pass a background check, MVR & drug screen
