Exercise Planning & Coordination Specialist Senior

Work You’ll Do

• Support the development, refinement, and documentation of exercise-related campaign plans, concepts, and supporting products
• Participate in planning conferences, workshops, and coordination events, ensuring integration of warfare development themes and priorities
• Assist in implementing and refining Audacious Training Lines of Effort (enhancing realism, leveraging new technology/innovation, and acting on lessons learned)
• Support identification, refinement, and documentation of program themes and activities
• Support after-action review (AAR) and lessons-learned processes, drafting formal reports and recommendations
• Contribute to the development of rolling programs of work for training and related initiatives
• Coordinate with client entities, partners, and external stakeholders as required to track, consolidate, and report on branch contributions

Protect brands from financial crime and other corporate misconduct, as well as enable government organizations with tradecraft & technology to combat emerging and evolving threats.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Strategic Design, and Project Management functions supporting security and training exercises

Preferred: 

• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Masters degree 
• Experience maintaining records, schedules, and documentation repositories
• Experience in federal government consulting
