What You Will Do:
- You will contribute to the design and development of advanced DoD, international, and
- Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) ATC systems alongside our experienced hardware
- engineering team.
- You will be accountable for researching and selecting COTS hardware solutions, ensuring they meet stringent performance and reliability standards.
- You will demonstrate your creativity in electronics packaging design using 3D CAD modeling and thermal analysis, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
- You will participate actively in engaging design discussions and reviews, where your insights will shape the evolution of our ATC systems.
- You will drive innovation through detailed design documentation, updates, and releases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- You will spearhead prototyping and lab integration efforts, applying your hands-on expertise to bring concepts to life effectively.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, cultivating relationships and delivering on project milestones.
- You will resolve hardware challenges, manage supplier transitions, and address customer requests with confidence and proficiency.
- You will support production activities, including potential travel up to 10% to suppliers and/or to the Merrimack, NH Manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth processes and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with PTC CREO (modeling and drawing) and Windchill (PDM)
- Technical experience through prior internships or work experience
- Some prior leadership experiences
- Willingness and ability to support occasional domestic travel and potential international travel
- Experience with mechanical design CAD tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
