Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our office in Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the hands-on implementation, scaling, and growth of our B2B2C offering, Telco-as-a-Service. Additionally, the candidate will represent our solution to partners, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for our B2B2C platforms, APIs, and mobile products.  
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for 1GLOBALS B2C offerings, APIs, and mobile products  
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products and features  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and our customers to understand their needs and pain points  
• Analyse market trends and competitor data to identify new opportunities  
• Conduct data analysis to inform our product decisions  
• Prioritise and manage a backlog of product requirements in a rigorous environment  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision 

Requirements

Must Have

• 3–5 years of experience in software product management
• A bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-oriented field
• Experience working with remote teams in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with API integrations and B2B platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis; SQL knowledge is required
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Nice to Have

• Work experience in the telecommunications industry
• Working proficiency in Portuguese
• Holding an MBA degree
