We’re hiring our first AI Engineers to help turn years of data, insights, and pricing expertise into intelligent automation. Your mission: build the AI foundation of our platform and bring our AI Pricing Copilot to life - used by some of the world’s biggest retail and e-commerce brands in over 30 countries.

You’ll work across LLM tools, retrieval pipelines, and backend APIs to create real product features - with the freedom to define the stack, best practices, and long-term architecture.

📚Your Mission - Build AI Capabilities That Power Real-World Decisions

• Design and implement LLM-driven features, from retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to summarization and insights
• Build and maintain Python APIs (FastAPI) to serve AI features in production
• Integrate with vector databases, model endpoints, and internal pricing data
• Prototype with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI — then turn experiments into stable features
• Shape our AI roadmap and tooling decisions as our founding AI engineer
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to bring models to production and ensure reliability

🔓 Skills, and experience to unlock the role:

• Solid experience with LLM applications, RAG, or multi-agent flows using LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalents
• Strong Python development skills, especially in data-heavy environments
• Familiarity with model APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace) or custom model deployment
• Experience with vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• Comfortable working with APIs, structured data (SQL), and version control
• A product-minded builder — you care about delivering real, usable outcomes
• Clear communication skills in async, remote-friendly teams

🚀 Bonus Points For:

• Experience bringing AI features into production SaaS products
• Comfort with MySQL, Redis, or document-based stores
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring for data/AI pipelines
• Some Exposure to Elixir or interest in integrating with non-Python services
• Background in pricing, retail, or e-commerce data environments
