Position Impact:
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth and customer retention by executing targeted, data-driven sales campaigns and supporting critical back-office sales functions. This position is responsible for managing outbound engagement efforts across the customer lifecycle, including upsell, cross-sell, win-back, and cancellation prevention initiatives. Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams, the specialist leverages customer data, campaign tools, and performance insights to deliver timely, relevant outreach that improves conversion rates and customer satisfaction. In addition to campaign execution, this role supports operational processes such as tracking campaign performance, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring seamless coordination between front-line sales activities and back-end systems. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while consistently contributing to revenue targets and customer retention goals.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
• A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or campaign-based customer engagement
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS)
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools, with the ability to accurately track activities and maintain customer records
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in execution and documentation
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
• The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
• Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
Skills:
• Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications
• Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Campaign Execution
• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns including up-sell, win-back, and pre-sale conversion efforts
• Conduct outbound calling and follow up on abandoned orders and customer inquiries
• Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth
Reporting & Campaign Coordination
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timelines
• Serve as backup support for commission payouts and investor reporting to ensure accuracy and continuity of operations
